It is a great time to be in Manila. Crafters and DIY are on the rise and I am loving it. Craft parties, workshops etc are all super popular. They are held at fun venues such as restaurants, boutiques and even in malls. I attended my first craft party with Juice Hut Manila at Estancia's newly opened I Am Kim. I Am Kim is a super hip bee bim bop joint with cute modern decor. The food was filling with its many options and fun flavors.

Craft Party Ph, is a lovely group of crafters that are inspiring but equally endearing. I've never felt so welcome by a group and I will be forever grateful. It can be nerve wracking being the only expat, American or newbie at these evens and these women have just taken me in. Plus, talent oozes from them! Jack of all trade type of ladies.
