The Parent Files, I Have No Idea What I'm Doing
I am obviously not a socialite, celebrity or even anyone who is in pictures beyond my own camera roll. However, Manila and all its magic allowed me to have the freaking fantastic opportunity to be a part of The Parent Files. I approached the interview as I do my parenting; I have no idea what I'm actually doing but I try and do it with love and laughter. It was a surreal opportunity to receive an email from Cat Juan inviting me to be a part of this web series, The Parenting Files, filmed by IndustreeTv and The Filarts and produced by Cat Juan. Anything Cat and Patty are a part of will be as lovely and positive as they are. To sum up what The Parenting Files is all about, "tackling parenting and beyond from varied perspectives."The episode I got to be a part of was all about pregnancy and parenting within the first year. It was so perfect considering my youngest just hit his one year mark in December. With an email and some questions to ponder, and not really knowing what I was going to be doing, I happily obliged. I thought about the topics for quite a few weeks. I am a pretty open person so I actually had to prep myself not to over share or be too crude. Ha! We will see if that is actually the case. I may have said vagina twenty times. I kid, but seriously.
