Casa San Pablo, San Pablo Laguna
We snuck away for the night over Christmas break. We had no big plans to leave over the holidays but an itch inevitably came to get out in nature for a bit. Casa San Pablo welcome us with green grass and rain storms. Our little hotel was more like a cabin-stay during the winter months, perfect for a December overnighter.
Casa San Pablo is located about two hours south of Manila and right in the heart of San Pablo city. It is quite nestled into its own compound and is reminiscent of the incognito placement like the Henry Hotel. We stayed just for one night and enjoyed playing games, swimming in the cold, sipping hot chocolate and enjoy our loft cabin style hotel room.
Here are a few photos that make me happy from our stay.
our outdoor lanai was perfect for late night board games and early morning bird watching
our hotel room was more like a small cabin, complete with a loft which is my boys dream
rain our shine the pool was inviting
in case you think it’s all fun and games, real life is filled with face slaps and tears
hot cocoa as a pick me up during our dreary afternoon
open space for everyone
i try and toss my hammocks from decathlon on any overnighter we go on
sushi go for the win!
in house artist, An Mercado-Alcantara, is the founder of clay story tellers which has a darling shop and even a DIY set
That’s all folks! It doesn’t take long to get out of the city and into nature. Thanks Casa San Pablo for the good times.
