Oct 19 Strollin' With My Homies: Coming to a Manila near you!

Manila is getting ' everythaaang! Kickass Manila is a premiere fitness group aiming to bring fitness and active lifestyles to all! I had the pleasure of attending their first expo in Alabang and participated in the first ever PiYo class in The Philippines. Then again, this Saturday I had the awesome experience of taking my boys to Strollin' With My Homies, a new family fitness focus of Kick Ass Manila.

I am giddy about this whole movement. I started A Momma Abroad to dig a little deeper into Manila and sharing the goodness along the way. Strollin' With My Homies whole movement is to give families the opportunity to get out of the city and explore, a little fitness perhaps, ALL with kids in tow. SIGN ME UP! This gives access to those who don't have vehicles, lacking ideas of where to go and to be a part of a likeminded community.

The event Saturday was held at Ayala Triangle Gardens to give a little peek of what Strollin' With My Homies will be like. The organization and registration was so easy. Not always the case in Manila, especially at play places! I was super impressed by the kids stations put on by Playworks. IronWoman Ani Karina and her Ironmand husband led a fabulous stroller workout to do with kids literally in tow. Ha! With the aid of Mamas&Papas Ph all guests had a stroller to participate. We ended the night picnic style done so beautifully by She Dreams In Ink, while we chatted and feasted. Get excited Manila families, Strollin' With My Homies is coming to a Manila near you!
