Smell Ya Later 2017
On Candidness
Guys, with complete candidness I can tell you that 2017 knocked me right on my butt. I don't write about personal matters on this blog, I most likely never will, but 2017 was a year of painful growth. With all experiences, you can learn from them and find a silver lining or stay stuck in the mess. So, I'm putting my big girl panties on and moving forward by sending the universe a whole lotta love and hope to receive it in return.
On Gratitude
A few words of gratitude for all you readers, maraming salamat po! Thank you for trusting me with your time and readership. I started this little ole blog to share goodness and hidden gems I find in Manila, it fuels and fulfills me to know that places and experiences I share help you thrive here too!
On Moving Forward
So here we are with a fresh new year. A new year naturally brings new beginnings and I feel a stir of emotions and a sense of rebirth. I look forward to finding the most authentic voice inside myself and sharing that with you (of course that includes lots of green spaces and family friendly adventures!) I have new plans for A Momma Abroad that will further strengthen AMA's movement; to help you not just survive in Manila but THRIVE!
And with that, kita kits my internet barkada! I wish you a blessed New Year and see you in 2018!
P.S.
Here are a bunch of family photos that Lisa and Jeff took of our traveling circus a few months back. These moments will someday be 'the good 'ole days' and I want to remember them in all their madness and glory. Didn't they capture three rambunctious boys perfectly?
